The dog park includes an area for small dogs and an area for dogs of all sizes. Water access is available on both sides of the dog park.

Dog Park Guidelines

• Open dawn to dusk.
• Use at your own risk.
• Pick up dog waste.
• Owners are legally responsible for their dogs.
• Owners stay with your dogs, off-leash does not mean unsupervised.
• All dogs must remain on leash until they are inside the dog park.
• Aggressive dogs must be removed immediately.
• All dogs must have current vaccinations and appropriate licensing.
• All dogs in heat, sick dogs, or dogs with a parasite infection are not allowed in the dog park.
• Small children must be kept under adult supervision.
• Food (both human and dog), glass containers, tobacco products, alcohol and drugs are not allowed in the dog park.
• Dogs under four months of age are not allowed in the dog park.
• Owners must fill-in holes dug by their dog.
• Legacy Grove is open to the public pursuant to K.R.S. § 411.190 and all use of the property is subject to this statute.
